Returns Policy


Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return within the 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also cannot accept products that are intimate such as underwear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original payment method use when purchase was made, within 3 to 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Credit Card, Paypal or any other payment used. Then contact your payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We only supply our product from licensed and official manufacturers, however sometimes can happen a product not being manufactured to the highest standard for many reasons. It is our duty that we sell only products that meet satisfactory quality requirements.

You have the right to receive either a repair, a replacement or a refund according the Consumer Rights Act.

  1. If a damaged or fault has been confirmed with your new product (unused, with tags and in original packaging) within the 30 days after delivery, you can return it for a replacement or full refund.
  2. If a damage has been confirmed with your new product (unused, with tags and in original packaging) after 30 days of delivery but within 6 months of purchase, you can choose between a repair (if applicable) or a replacement (if available). If is not possible to offer a repair or replacement, you can choose to keep the product for a partial refund.

The manufacturers warranty will cover faults or damages of the fair and intended use of the product as well use of correct instructions provided. You can contact the manufacturer directly of ask us to help.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please create a new order for the product size/style you require, and create a return for the unwanted item.

This is the quickest and more reliable method for exchanges, to ensure the item you need is available and to avoid disappointment.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, after approval of your return request, you will receive an email with all return shipping details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We can only pay for return shipping if your item has been confirmed after returned to be damaged or faulty, unused and within the 30 days of receiving it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you use a standard non-traceable shipping service, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
